How to Install Your Presets for Logic Pro X:

In the Menu Bar of Finder, click "Go".

Then, click "Home". This will open your Home folder as a new Finder window.

Open the "Music" folder

Open the "Audio Music Apps" folder

Open the "Patches" folder

Open "Audio"

Drag and drop the unzipped file into this Audio folder

Home>Music>Audio Music Apps>Patches>Audio

How to Use Your Presets for Logic Pro X

Open Logic Pro X

Create a new Audio Track -or- select an existing Audio Track that you want to apply a preset to.

Open the Library pane

Click on "User Patches" in the Library

You will see your presets here - click one to add it to your currently selected Audio track
